Health Trends

Visualize how client health scores change over time with weekly trend charts.

The Health Trends view shows how your client portfolio's health changes over time. It aggregates weekly health scores into a visual chart, helping you spot patterns and catch declining accounts before they churn.

Accessing Health Trends

Navigate to Insights > Health Trends in the sidebar. The tab shows a line chart of health scores aggregated by week.

Reading the Chart

  • X-axis — Weeks (most recent on the right)
  • Y-axis — Health score (0–10)
  • Lines — Each line represents a client or the portfolio average

The chart helps you answer questions like:

  • Is overall portfolio health improving or declining?
  • Which clients have had the steepest drops?
  • Are there seasonal patterns in client engagement?

Key Metrics

Above the chart, summary cards show:

  • Average Score — Current portfolio-wide health average
  • Trending Up — Number of clients whose score improved this week
  • Trending Down — Number of clients whose score declined this week

Interpreting Trends

Gradual decline

A slow downward trend often indicates:

  • Reduced engagement from the client
  • Unresolved issues building up
  • Team responsiveness slipping

Sudden drop

A sharp decline usually points to:

  • A specific negative event (missed deadline, quality issue)
  • Client escalation or complaint
  • Key contact change on the client side

Recovery pattern

A dip followed by improvement suggests your team successfully addressed the issue — worth documenting for future reference.
