Understand AccountWatch pricing tiers, client limits, and how to manage your subscription.

AccountWatch offers four pricing tiers designed to grow with your agency. Each plan increases client capacity and unlocks additional features.

What Counts as a Client

A "client" is a unique client entity in your workspace. Each client can have multiple Slack channels mapped to it — the limit is on unique clients, not channels.

Archived and churned clients do not count toward your limit.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Payment is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period

Downgrading

If you downgrade to a plan with a lower client limit and you have more active clients than the new limit allows, you'll need to archive clients to get below the limit before the change takes effect.

Billing Portal

The Stripe billing portal lets you:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update payment methods
  • Change or cancel your subscription
  • View upcoming charges

Access it from Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.

Enterprise

For agencies with more than 40 clients or specific requirements, contact us for custom Enterprise pricing. Enterprise includes:

  • Unlimited clients
  • Full API access
  • Priority support
  • Custom integration development
  • Dedicated account manager
